The European Breast Guidelines' scope  is a crucial output of the development process of the European Breast Guidelines. Via a public call, stakeholders and individual citizens were invited to provide their feedback on The Scope. The JRC received a total of 82 valid responses.

Report of a European Survey on the Implementation of Breast Units

ECIBC - supporting information for breast cancer care policies and initiatives

Although the breast units' model was widely recognised as a valid and innovative tool to address breast cancer care, the data collected in 30 countries show that its implementation - thus its impact on the quality of care - remains a challenge. After 10 years, its implementation differs largely among requirements and organisational aspects.

Report on the call for feedback about the scope of the European Quality Assurance scheme for Breast Cancer Services

The European QA scheme’s scope represents the first output of the development process of the European QA scheme. Via a public call, stakeholders and individual citizens were invited to provide their feedback on The Scope. The JRC received a total of 63 valid responses.

With specific reference on sustainability and stakeholder involvement

The Platform aims to provide guidance for all processes of breast cancer care pathway and to promote the timely and effective dissemination and implementation of evidence-based guidelines for breast cancer.
